TCI International, Inc. Announces a New Contract with The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of Samoa
FREMONT, CA – March 5, 2007
TCI International, Inc. has signed a contract with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of the Government of Samoa for a Mobile Spectrum Monitoring System (SMS).
The Mobile SMS will be used by the MCIT in support of its mission to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the telecommunication spectrum including the use of frequency bands and all forms of radio transmissions or emissions within the Independent State of Samoa.
The Mobile SMS supplied by TCI is an integrated spectrum monitoring solution enabling the MCIT to effectively and efficiently monitor and manage the VHF/UHF RF spectrum according to the Recommendations of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
