TCI Introduces New Support Web Portal for Customers

TCI International, Inc. introduces a new web-enabled customer support portal, to facilitate customer support processes for spectrum monitoring, spectrum management and broadcast antenna products. The Support Web Portal represents the latest step in TCI’s strategy of providing the highest level and quality of customer support services and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
The Support Web Portal provides customers with realtime, on-line access to TCI’s support processes to open support request tickets, upload test reports, view the status of support requests, and correspond with process owners. Customers can also download application updates and patches specific to their needs, and access a support library that includes product reference manuals, training materials, installation guides. The customer closes support tickets to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed before support tickets are closed.

The Web Support Portal integrates with TCI’s existing internal support processes and provides a high level of visibility to the customer and TCI support staff.
